Our Story

The DRIVEN Community Institute began with a question: In an era where isolation grows, could virtual community become a bridge?

Colorful fireworks exploding in the night sky.

The Beginning

It started as an experiment. What would happen if we taught people about their five energy sources—physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social—and gave them a community to practice in?

The first cohort gathered in 2024. We called it DRIVEN 2 Wellness. Nearly two dozen people learning together about energy management, intentional productivity, and the power of choice. What we discovered surprised us: knowledge wasn't the transformation. Community was.

When people understand their human architecture AND have others to practice with, something shifts. Deeper dialogue emerges because we start with a common understanding. Each person owns their agency. And there's space—psychological safety where thinking and absorbing happen in real time.

Little by little, paddam-padam.

The Evolution

As the community grew, patterns emerged. After the first cohort, we enrolled a second. Then came programs designed for returning members—people who were gaining value and genuinely enjoying getting to know each other. So, we created The LAB, a membership space for ongoing learning.

Then came SPARK Studio, designed with the ripple effect in mind. Each person in our virtual community influences their households, workplaces, networks, families, and communities through emotional equilibrium and social connection. To scale this impact, we want to train facilitators who will create and maintain safe space, both virtually and in live communities.

What began as a four-week workshop evolved into a regenerative ecosystem where:

  • SPARK 360 builds foundational self-awareness

  • The LAB creates space for ongoing practice

  • SPARK Studio trains facilitators to spread the work

  • SPARK Network partners with organizations and communities

This is regeneration in practice: outputs become inputs, learners become teachers, and the system grows stronger with each rotation.

What We Believe

We believe transformation happens in community, not in isolation. We believe growth is practiced, not performed. We believe that when individuals operate from vitality and agency, they change the emotional tenor of every system they're part of.

We operate on Responsible Capitalism principles, measuring success across seven capitals: financial, human, social, intellectual, natural, manufacturing, and public safety. If any capital is depleted, the entire system becomes unsustainable.

This isn't theory. It's how we actually operate—from partnership structures to pricing to how we facilitate conversations.

Where We’re Going

We're building infrastructure for human vitality. As systems strain under complexity, we're teaching people the architecture of being human—how energy works, how choice operates, how community sustains us.

Through SPARK Studio, certified facilitators will spread this methodology across contexts we can't reach alone—libraries, neighborhood associations, faith communities. Through SPARK Network, we'll partner with organizations to design regenerative cultures from within.

The experiment continues. And the results keep surprising us.
