The Community Board ensures member voice shapes the Institute's evolution.
The Community Board is a group of LAB members who guide the development of systems, WOWs (Ways of Working), and the LAB's growth. They solicit the wisdom of the crowd to gain clarity on strategic questions and ensure member voice shapes our evolution.
This isn't a traditional advisory board. It's governance as practice—co-creation in action.

The Board serves as a kitchen cabinet—a trusted sounding board providing wisdom on strategic questions. Many Board members also serve on specific committees:

Community Board members are LAB members who demonstrate:
Consistent engagement in LAB activities
Embodiment of the WOWs and SPARK principles
Commitment to community wellbeing over individual agenda
Ability to hold multiple perspectives simultaneously
Board positions open periodically. Current LAB members receive invitations to apply when positions become available.
